A Change Of Pace
If you read this blog, you may have noticed the lack of new content or photographs. Truth be told, things are a little different these days after my journey through therapy and making other changes. Vibrant West End is now my home, rock climbing has become a big passion of mine, and through these two changes a new era in living has emerged.
Photography is taking a seat in the dugout for a while as I focus on more fundamental aspects of humanity, such as becoming part of the community in West End and spending quality time with my friends and being of service to others. Gone are my days of feverish creative ambition. It's less stressful here on the other side of the fence.
Dedicated cameras can be a burden sometimes. My phone has taken their place. I always have it with me and yet it doesn't need me to use it. It's just a nice option if I feel the spark of creativity. It shoots raw and can handle a portrait in the right situations. Add some film processing and you have a nice little souvenir of a great moment.
Put the phone in the pocket and get back to the present.
