Photo Vol. 147 (Nature Edition)
Nature time has been the theme of the last six months since upgrading to a Rav4 and making sure to get out. I haven’t always needed it to get to the places I go, but it’s a nice incentive to get out more, camp, hike and enjoy slow time in our local wilderness.
The tiny Sony RX100V compact has proven to be invaluable as a lightweight photography tool. To be honest, it’s image quality when stopped down and shot in raw is quite impressive compared to the size of a “real” camera. I’d much rather carry a 1” compact like this. Add a little VSCO in Lightroom and I get an occasional landscape photograph out of it.
