With Auto Canvas in Like A Frame 5.3, the selected photo layer will be locked to the center and the canvas aspect ratio will automatically adjust itself depending on the size and framing settings chosen. You can still add other photo, text and overlay/sticker layers into the composition, but the auto-canvas layer will remain centered.

Version 4.8.0 now includes a new feature called Split Panorama, which makes it quick and easy to split your wide panoramic images into multiple frames for posting to social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Threads.

I’m really proud of the app I’ve built, and up until now it has been set as an upfront cost. A very small fee that gave me a little incentive to continue working on the app, but now I have changed the way that fee works by transitioning to a 7-day free trial model that allows users to try the app before purchasing lifetime access.

Like A Frame 4.3.0 is now released which introduces two major updates, both of which I have been wanting to implement for quite some time. Like A Frame 3.6 has been released which adds a new setting called Custom Aspect Ratios. You can now add your own custom aspect ratios to a list that is included in the Canvas, Photo Frame and Photo Crop composition settings. Add a 2.35:1 aspect ratio like widescreen cinema or maybe an old school film format that you want to emulate.

Like A Frame 3.3 has been released which finally realises some of the core compositional features I’ve been wanting to implement for a long time. The update is free and most users should see it automatically. Introducing Matte Bevel and Frame Ratio!

It’s finally here! Version 3.1 has been released onto the iOS App Store, introducing up to four layers of compositions on one canvas, a new internal shadow setting, a redesigned tools menu, rewritten rendering engine and bug fixes and improvements across the board.

The app’s $1.99 AUD / 99c USD price point remains and existing Like A Frame users will get the upgrade for free (open the App Store app to update via your profile screen).
